Joining in with Elysian Studio Art and One Kiss Creations for the 7000 Bracelets for Hope Blog Hop today to give back a small amount of love to those who care for a child with a rare disease.
We were to share a bracelet made of denim blue someone could wear everyday to be reminded they are not alone. We will be sending all of these bracelets out to families struggling with a rare disease.
Of course I had to include a flower
enameled and blue
it was the perfect fit.
There is a tiny citrine bud
and Vintaj leaf accompaning it.
For my denim blue I added some
Impression Jasper.
I was originally going to use more blue
in the sari silk but wanted something more
cheerful so I changed it to yellow.
Yellow roses symbolize friendship
and I thought it was appropriate to let
the receiver know they were in someones thoughts
even though far away.
Many Thanks to Erin and Christine
for all their hard work behind the scenes
setting up this hop.
Here are all the participants!

What a beautiful bracelet Patty! The yellow is like sunshine in the blue sky. It really is cheerful!

This is a beautiful bracelet Patty! I especially love the enamel flower and the addition of the yellow adds just the right zip. The jasper you used is very neat -- I don't remember seeing jasper in that color before. That is one of the many things I like about these hops, seeing all the creativity out there and new beads that you might not have seen before. The recipient should be most happy to receive this bracelet.

Patty, I love what you've done! The beads and wire alone would have made a very special bracelet, but the addition of the sari not only adds a pop of fantastic color, but a softness that complements the delicate flower.

That blue flower image had me gasping! So beautifully done. I couldn't have expected any less from you. That pop of yellow really catches the eye and I love that you did it in reference to yellow roses. How very appropriate. Of course, the jasper is stunning. What is it about jasper that simply draws me to it?
Anyway, there is no doubt that the person who receives your bracelet will feel the compassion you put into it.
